I am not your standard professional, I swear a bit, I tell it like it is, I love casual Fridays, I have a very pragmatic approach and I believe life work balance not only exists, but that it definitely looks different for everyone.

My childhood and early adulthood exposed me to our family run businesses in Farming, franchises and retail allowing me to see and experience first hand the incredible strength and planning it takes to own and run small businesses and the rewards that come with this.

The last 25+ years of my life have seen me switch to more corporate roles across a number of organisations I have done everything from making coffees, selling papers, pack marches, aptitude assessments, customer service in call centres through to Management, Leadership, Data Analysis, Process Mapping, Research, Enterprise and Project Management, Change Management, Training and Facilitation, Benefits, Transformation  ……zzzzzzzzz  are you still with me?

The point is all these roles and experiences has enabled me to identify and develop my biggest passion and what I call my sweet spot – I love and am really passionate about collaborating with others and working with them to develop and increase their individual capabilities.  I really really love the role of Capability developer and Cheer Leader!

And with that I took action,  I found the right role for me “Life Coaching”, got qualified and launched my business.
